The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moves to amend the bill on page one, after the enacting clause by striking out lines 1 and 2;

And,

On page one, section five-i, line three, after the word “animals” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“and woodchucks or groundhogs.”
